The continuation of our fun in Grapevine found us having a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before racing to get in line in time to see ICE! This really shouldn't have been a surprise because - regardless of circumstance - we are always running to get there in time. It's almost become its own tradition. :-)
As we were walking in, the three girls told me they were trying to sneak in quickly so I wouldn't force them to take pictures. As you will see, that tune quickly changed and they were ALL ABOUT taking some pics.
This year's theme was The Nutcracker but started out with some fun traditional toys...
...before diving into the main event.
The only proof we were both in attendance with the girls.
And then the photo fun began.
The ice slides are always a must see and do!
Then we hit a really amazing ice tunnel...
...before diving into the secondary feature - Christmas in New York.
Oh, how I love this silly girl.
And, of course, the best part of all and true reason for the season.
Utterly. Breathtaking.
As always, this was a fun and unique Christmas experience. Even if it was a bit early.
Of course, the girls insisted on taking photos with everything that would stand still in the atrium as well. But we'll save that for another day.
